Molly Maid cleans up with hospice gifts
CANADIAN CUDDLES
The brave young relatives of patients being treated at Severn Hospice can cuddle up to a new soft friend, courtesy of a regional domestic cleaning company.
Molly Maid celebrates a quarter of a century in the UK this year, and local franchise owner Sarah Thomas has donated 25 soft moose toys to the hospice as a goodwill gift.
Sarah Thomas said: “Although Molly Maid is an international company, founded in Canada, its success is built on caring for, and meeting the needs of, the local community.
“We are often called in to assist people who are struggling to keep on top of their household cleaning, due to old age or ill-health. The Molly Maid teams get great personal satisfaction from helping those customers.
“Severn Hospice supports people with incurable illness and their families and carers. In recognition of the valuable work the Hospice does, we at Molly Maid wanted to donate goodwill gifts to raise a smile with our special Canadian moose toys.”
Molly Maid came to the UK in 1984. The company cleans more than two million homes every year, and provides reliable, professional and personalised domestic cleaning services to people in Telford and Shrewsbury.
